Install Display Driver [In my case it is Intel Graphics] Open Control Pane
Open respective "graphics and media control panel", depending on computer setting or type of driver used sometimes it may be shown near time too. [In my case it is Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel]
Select "Advance mode" and click ok [it may sometimes show next]
Select "color enhancement" menu and slide the saturation to "0" say [ -100 in my case]
Process is complete, just finalize the action window and enjoy your screen in black and white.

My new laptop is fantastic! Recommended for everyone who takes his/her device everywhere all the time. Especially when one sends and receives mails continuously.
